JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is one of Ireland&# *;s and the
UK’s most exciting digital engineering companies to emerge. The
company carries out an expansive range of services within the
Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO)
industry, throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.
The individual will be appointed to lead our BIM team and will be
tasked with implementing innovative digital software solutions
throughout the business.
Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and develop
your team
Manage a team on both large and small projects
Leading BIM Co-Ordination projects
Creation of 3D/4D models in various industries
Creating 3D models from point clouds
Provide technical support and assistance to BIM
Co-Ordinators/Engineers
Assisting Senior management with R&D into new innovative digital
technologies within the AECO sector
Willing to travel to site meetings when required
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Architectural technology/BIM or similar
construction/engineering qualification
Minimum of * years in a similar role
High level of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Recap
Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects for multiple disciplines
Desirable:
Experience working with construction programmes (Asta/P6/Project)
Experience working with 4D software
Experience with Dynamo scripts and Rhino software
